Porter County Airport

The Porter County Regional Airport Runway 9-27 Rehabilitation reconstructed the 6,000 foot main runway along with adjacent taxiways. Airport experienced crews removed the existing runway, replacing the base, placing over 57,000 tons of asphalt, installing electrical and marking appurtenances in under 72 days. Delivered ahead of schedule and under budget. The runway was re-opened just in time for the Porter County Air Show, a staple of the community.
